Why does finding the right care feel so complicated?
The system was broken. We set out to fix it.
BedHub was built by care home operators who watched families struggle to find residential assisted living options. Large referral platforms treated families like commodities, while the small homes with the best caregivers stayed invisible — buried under operators with bigger marketing budgets.
The families we worked with deserved better. They needed honest information, direct connections, and a search process built around their loved one’s wellbeing — not around referral commissions or paid rankings. So we built BedHub.

BedHub connects families with small residential care homes — typically 18 or fewer residents — that offer personalized, family-like environments rather than institutional settings. Daily life happens in real homes in real neighborhoods, with shared meals, comfortable living spaces, and consistent caregivers who know each resident by name.
We believe quality care should be discoverable regardless of marketing budget, that every family deserves direct contact with the homes they're considering, and that the search itself should never feel like a sales funnel.
