BedHub is a platform connecting families with residential care homes and connecting care home operators with caregivers. We do not provide care services directly.

Our platform offers a directory of residential care homes, a caregiver directory, and subscription-based tools for care home operators to manage and promote their facilities.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of BedHub require you to create an account. We offer accounts for three types of users:

• Operators — Care home owners and managers who list and manage their facilities on BedHub.
• Caregivers — Care professionals who create profiles to connect with operators seeking staff.
• Family Members — Individuals searching for residential care options for their loved ones.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Caregiver Directory Disclaimer

BedHub is a free directory. We do not verify credentials, run background checks, or screen caregivers. Operators are responsible for their own hiring decisions.

BedHub makes no representations or warranties regarding the qualifications, reliability, or suitability of any caregiver listed on our platform. We strongly recommend that operators conduct their own due diligence, including background checks and reference verification, before making any hiring decisions.

5. Operator Services

BedHub offers subscription-based services for care home operators. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment Terms — Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through your operator dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• Changes to Pricing — We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for all content they post, upload, or otherwise make available through BedHub. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on BedHub are owned by or licensed to BedHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

By posting content on BedHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BedHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

BedHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
