Dr. Marina Santos and our registered nursing team conduct daily wellbeing rounds and formal weekly care reviews. We work in close partnership with each resident's GP, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure nothing is overlooked and every change in condition is responded to promptly.

Transparency with Families

Families should never have to wonder how their loved one is doing. Our family communication protocol ensures regular written updates, open phone access to the care team, and prompt notification of any health changes — however minor. Elena Vasquez coordinates all family communication and is always available for a call.
