Robert Kincaid built and managed some of Las Vegas's most celebrated hotel properties over a 20-year career. He understood service at the deepest level — what it means to anticipate needs, to exceed expectations, and to create environments where people feel genuinely valued.
When his father required care in his final years, Robert experienced firsthand the gap between what senior living offered and what it could be. He sold his last hotel stake and began designing Prestige Way from scratch in 2006.
The property opened in 2008 with 88 members, a staff-to-member ratio of 3:1, and a promise that the words "good enough" would never be spoken inside its walls. That promise remains unbroken.

Camille oversees every aspect of the member and family experience, ensuring the Prestige Way standard is felt in every interaction from enquiry to daily care.
