When a family joins the Prestige Way community, they are assigned a Member Relations Director — a senior professional with clinical background who acts as your dedicated advocate, communicator, and escalation point at all times.

You will never be passed between departments, never left on hold, never made to feel like an afterthought. Our commitment is direct, personal, and immediate communication — because families of Prestige Way members accept nothing less.

Our open-door policy means visits are welcomed any time. We don't set visiting hours because we believe your loved one's home should feel like exactly that: their home, and yours to visit freely.

The Prestige Way Family Portal provides real-time, secure access to every aspect of your loved one's care. Daily wellbeing notes, clinical updates, activity participation, nutritional logs, and direct secure messaging with the care team — available 24 hours a day.

Families in different time zones, different countries, or simply different cities report that the Portal removes the anxiety of distance entirely. You are with your loved one in the most meaningful way — informed, connected, and at ease.

Portal access is available to an unlimited number of family members and is provided complimentary for all Prestige Way members' families. Setup and training are provided at admission.

The Questions Families Ask Most

How do we know if Prestige Way is the right fit? +
The best way to know is to visit. Our private tours are unhurried, led by senior staff, and designed to help you make the most informed decision — not to sell you on a placement. We believe Prestige Way is the right fit for families who refuse to compromise on quality, and we'd rather confirm that honestly than overpromise.
What is included in the membership fee? +
The base membership covers luxury accommodation, all meals, housekeeping, laundry, lifestyle programming, and standard care services. Clinical care additions — such as medication management, nursing hours, and therapy — are itemized on a transparent monthly statement. We do not have hidden fees. Every charge is explained in advance.
Can members keep their own physicians? +
Absolutely. We welcome external physicians and specialists and will coordinate with them directly. Dr. Pierce and our in-house clinical team work collaboratively with outside providers. Our goal is always the best possible care — regardless of who delivers it.
How is confidentiality handled? +
Prestige Way operates under a strict confidentiality policy. We do not confirm or deny membership, do not share information with external parties, and require all staff to sign confidentiality agreements upon employment. This is non-negotiable for us, as it is for many of our members' families.
What happens if care needs escalate significantly? +
Prestige Way is a continuum-of-care community. Members can transition between all four care levels without leaving the building or their community. We proactively assess and recommend care transitions before a crisis occurs, and families are always involved in those conversations well in advance.
Are family members able to dine with their loved one? +
Yes. Family members are welcome to dine in our Grand Dining Room or on the Garden Terrace. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible so Chef Moreau's team can prepare. There is no charge for the first four family dining visits each month. Private dining rooms can also be reserved for special occasions.
How do we raise a concern about care? +
Every family has a direct line to their Member Relations Director. Concerns can also be escalated immediately to Executive Director Valentina Reyes. All concerns are formally logged, investigated within 24 hours, and responded to in writing. We regard feedback — including critical feedback — as essential to our standard of excellence.
