In 2003, occupational therapist Eleanor Marsh and her husband Thomas — a landscape architect — transformed a 4-acre property near Lakewood's greenbelt into something truly different. Eleanor had spent 20 years in hospital geriatric wards watching patients recover clinically but fade emotionally, cut off from nature, rhythm, and beauty.
Together, they built Lakeland View: a community where the healing power of the natural world is woven into every corridor, garden path, and daily routine.
